Most leaders have people telling them what to do. What's harder to find is someone who helps you think clearly about where you're going and whether it still makes sense.
We'll tell you what we actually think. That's the only version of this that's useful. If you want someone to validate what you've already decided, we're probably not the right fit.
What we talk about stays between us. No reports, no committees. Just a private relationship with someone who's been in the room and doesn't have a stake in your decisions.
There's no program here. Every engagement is different because every person and business is different. We start with where you are and work from there.

Usually monthly or bi-weekly. Long enough to go somewhere real, short enough to stay focused. In-person when we can, video when we can't.
When something comes up — a decision, a difficult conversation, a moment where you need a second opinion — you can reach out. We're not a scheduled-only service.
We follow your lead. Some sessions are strategic. Some are about a specific decision. Some are just working through what's weighing on you. All of it is fair game.
Your Advisor
Michael has spent 15+ years in and around business — buying, operating, advising, and occasionally making the same mistakes twice so you don't have to. He's been the person in the room when the decisions were hard and the answers weren't clear. He works with a small number of people at a time, by design. This isn't a volume business.
